Here, you can relax together, laugh, and leave everyday life behind – right in the heart of nature, yet still close to everything.

Wiesenkind – small apartment (41 m²)

Small, cosy, and surrounded by greenery – this is how our Wiesenkind apartment welcomes you. Quietly located at the back of the farm, it accommodates 2-4 guests, thanks to a practical fold-out bed in the bedroom. Plenty of wood, warm natural tones, and thoughtful details create a comfortable atmosphere where you can immediately feel at home. An ideal retreat for couples or small families who want to enjoy relaxation, farm life, and views of the green surroundings.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the farm and features a private terrace (17.5 m²) with direct access to the meadow.

Rebenhain – large apartment (65 m²)

Flooded with light, modern, and spacious – this is how our Rebenhain apartment welcomes you. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a generous living area, it comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests. The loggia invites you to let your gaze wander over Hocheppan Castle, while high-quality materials and abundant wood create a warm, cosy atmosphere. Perfect for families or friends who want to spend time together in stylish surroundings.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the farm and features a private loggia (12 m²) and a private balcony (12.5 m²).

Waldblick – large apartment (65 m²)

Bright, modern, and full of expansive views – this is our Waldblick apartment. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area, it comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests. From the loggia, enjoy stunning views towards the Schlern, while wood, warm natural tones, and high-quality furnishings inside create a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. A retreat to relax together, leave everyday life behind, and soak in the tranquility of the South Tyrolean mountains.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the farm and features a private loggia (13.5 m²) and a private balcony (12.5 m²).

Prices and conditions

What do all apartments have in common?

All apartments feature a modern kitchen with a ceramic hob and Bora extractor, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a few basic cooking essentials – perfect for self-catering. A coffee machine, oven, and microwave are also available in the farm shop, accessible to all guests at any time.

Additionally, each apartment comes with a TV with satellite channels, free Wi‑Fi, a safe, and a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, and hairdryer.

What does a stay at the farm cost?

Wiesenkind: 130-180 €/day for 2 persons
Waldblick: 180-260 €/day for 4 people
Rebenhain: 180-260 €/day for 4 people

In the low season, a price discount is granted for the apartments Waldblick and Rebenhain for occupancy by less than 4 people.

During peak season, a minimum stay of 1 week applies (short stays available on request).

For stays shorter than 4 nights, a surcharge of up to 15% may apply.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM (on Sundays from 6:00 PM, as this is our family day)

Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance so we can prepare everything.

Check-out: by 9:30 AM

The local tax is currently €2.50 per person per day from 14 years of age. This is not included in the prices and is collected separately upon departure.

For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the apartments.

Airport shuttle to and from Bolzano on arrival and departure days

What if plans change?

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Once received, your favourite apartment is reserved just for you. The remaining balance can be paid on-site in cash (up to €4,999), by card, or via real-time bank transfer.

Booking and cancellation policy

We are confident that you are really looking forward to your stay with us. However, should an unforeseen event disrupt your plans, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation less than 60 days before arrival: 40% of the booking price
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: 80% of the booking price
Cancellation 5 days or less before arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the booking price
