At the Maratscherhof, our family-run farm in Unterrain/Appiano, three stylish new holiday apartments are taking shape – along with a cosy little farm shop, a heated organic pool, and plenty of inviting spots to relax and unwind.
Stay
Three brand-new, light-filled holiday apartments (for 2-6 guests), featuring high-quality materials and views of the greenery – the perfect place for those who value peace, quiet and authenticity.
Small apartment from €130/day for two people
Large apartments from €150/day based on two-person occupancy
For each additional person: €20/day surcharge, children up to 14 years: €15/day
Indoors & Out
Whether it’s on the sunny terrace, in the sauna or inside our little farm shop – around the farm you’ll find plenty of favourite spots to relax, chat, enjoy a coffee… or simply do nothing at all.

A hike to Hocheppan Castle, a bike ride through the vineyards, a round of golf with a view or a shopping trip to Merano and Bolzano – all this (and so much more) is waiting just outside your door.
